Group Fitness

The Group Fitness Program at FoxCare Fitness is designed to provide participants with a wide variety of group fitness activities. Our classes accommodate all ages and fitness levels and are taught by the finest fitness professionals in the Oneonta area.

  • Class schedules are periodically revised; please check with the Front Desk or click this link for the current schedule of classes.
  • Some classes require pre-registration while others require both pre-registration and payment. Please inquire and/or sign-up for these classes at our Front Desk.
  • All "walk-in" classes are ongoing and members are invited to attend at any time.

 


 TAI CHI - FOR ARTHRITIS AND FALL PREVENTION

8 WEEK BLOCK CLASS  -  FRIDAYS @ 11AM

 FRIDAY JUNE 14thTHRU FRIDAY AUGUST 9th, 2019 (NO class July 5th)

 In this block class students will learn a series of gentle, easy movements performed in a specific order, similar to a dance routine, but much slower. This practice can improve balance (both mental and physical), significantly reduce the rate of falling for older adults, relieve arthritis pain and improve relaxation, vitality, posture and immunity.

Each of the 8 sessions is 60 minutes in duration

 COST: MEMBER - $50   NON-MEMBER - $75
