David Greene
Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from SUNY-Cortland. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (National Strength and Conditioning Association), and a Certified Sport Performance Coach (USA Weightlifting). His years of training experience & continuing education give him the capacity to employ a variety of strategies to help clients achieve both fitness and performance goals.
Chris Rivera
Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology: Fitness Development from SUNY-Cortland. Chris is experienced with power lifting and CrossFit. He will happily educate, motivate, and encourage you to meet and exceed your fitness goals.
Ryan Scott
Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science from SUNY- Cortland. Ryan is the General Manager of FoxCare Fitness, and oversees the Fitness and Aquatic departments, including the club’s aquatic personal training programs, specializing in aquatic fitness, strength training, flexibility, and swim lessons.
Kevin Larmon
Kevin earned a bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Binghamton University with a major in Painting and a minor in Biology. He has been a personal trainer and fitness coach for over 30 years as well as a recently retired professor of painting at Syracuse University. Kevin helps clients develop sustainable goals with a focus on lifetime fitness.
Stefanie Paluch
Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dance and Kinesiology from The College at Brockport. She is certified in kettlebell, Pink Gloves Boxing, Spinning, TRX group suspension, yoga, Zumba and Zumba step. Having taught group fitness since her freshman year in college, Stefanie most enjoys helping others reach their fitness goals
